  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1499.
  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹1499 will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching returned orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other details are accurate before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • An uncut and unedited video of the complete unboxing.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

We appreciate your patience in such situations.
