At RoseAuraJewels, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue with the required uncut and unedited unboxing video.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Minor colour variations caused by photography or screen settings.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide:

  • An uncut and unedited continuous video showing:
    • The sealed package before opening.
    • The shipping label.
    • The complete unboxing process.
    • The damaged or incorrect item.
  • Clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted without an uncut opening video may not be eligible for approval.
